1. 30-Day Return Policy

SimplyGreat offers a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at help@simplygreat.shop and include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt)
  • The reason for your return
  • If the item is damaged or defective, include a clear photo or video as proof

Once we receive and approve your return request, we will provide further instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, SimplyGreat will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for other reasons (such as a change of mind), you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, please email us at help@simplygreat.shop with your request.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

If an item is non-returnable, we will clearly state this on the product page before purchase.

7. Receiving a Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at help@simplygreat.shop with a photo or video of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after 12 hours may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
  • If your order has already shipped, you may return the item following our return policy.

9. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the delivery fails, the customer will be responsible for any associated losses or additional shipping costs.
  • SimplyGreat is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
